Was very daunting at first as never done before but gradually got there took longer than expected as technical issues kept on occurring that the site is having issues took me 2 days finally to complete

Very efficient and helpful. Replied and actioned quickly on the same day. DBS sent off on Monday and notification that it was completed on the Wednesday and certificate already sent in the post. Amazingly quick process. The only thing I would say is the admin fee on top is not apparent until going to pay and it changes the DBS cost from £67 to £99 total. This was a surprise as there was no mention of an additional admin fee in communications. This means it may be a more expensive option compared to other companies offering the same service. However, for the ease and speed it is probably worth the extra £30.

Excellent customer services. The whole process was smooth with regular updates from the team and prompt replies to my emails. I did not use the Digital ID check so it involved constant communication which was excellent.

Having never applied for DBS checks before, It was a bit daunting, however, Eve Stevens @ Umbrella was absolutely amazing, anything I asked, she answered extremely quickly, she was constantly amending passwords, for those who could not login, I honestly cannot fault her at all, and would recommend her, and Umbrella Solutions if you need to complete DBS checks, the system is actually simple once you get into it, so once one is done, the rest are easy. I would also like to thank Lottie Thompson, who was also very helpful if Eve was unavailable. Thank you for making the process bearable, you are both amazing ladies. :) x

Lottie was the best. Super helpful. Always answered my emails in about 15 minutes. Generally speaking the application process was seamless. The app worked perfectly. I received my certificate within two weeks of applying.
