Great service from Preston Kitchen team at Huddersfield. Elliot was knowledgeable and gave us a design which was not only cost effective but practical. We did experience a problem with our fitter accidently using the wrong panel and Jordan from the aftercare team was amazing to replacing the panel and delivering it to our doorstep within 3weeks. I would definitely recommend Preston Kitchens to anyone who is considering buying a kitchen.

Recently got my entire kitchen done by Preston kitchens. I can gladly say that I am very proud of ny new kitchen and the work done. The fitters were fast and precise making our kitchen great. It was an easy and wonderful experience that I definitely recommend. Made a stressful job, very easy. A very big thank you to Preston kitchens.

We really enjoyed choosing and planning our kitchen with Prestons. All the staff were most helpful and friendly, from the showroom to the designers to the fitters.
We felt all our needs and wants from a kitchen were listened to, understood and accommodate.
Prestons helped us create a great space which is practical and perfect for family cooking and hosting.
We really had no idea what we wanted oir kitchen design to look like but after been guided through the process we are really happy with final product.

From our first visit to the showroom to the final fitting, our experience with Prestons Kitchens was great. The design team was helpful, friendly, and listened to all our ideas without any sales pressure, they were happy to adjust plans until we were completely satisfied with the design. We were especially impressed by the quality of the trades; the fitters, electricians, and plumbers were highly professional, clean and tidy, and meticulous with their work. We absolutely love our new kitchen; everything is in just the right place and has put the pleasure back into cooking.

Kitchen buying can be stressful but was a pleasure to buy from Preston’s.From entering the showroom to design staff and after sales care, the whole team could not have been better. Everybody communicated well, answered any questions promptly and dealt with everything in a friendly , professional manner. I would highly recommend to anyone buying a kitchen.

We chose Prestons as they are a local and independent business and after meeting Luke, we felt at ease with the warm customer service. We liked how Luke took the time to sit down with us (multiple times) to go through our design needs, likes & dislikes and draw up a 3D plan. 

When we encountered an issue with some of the pre-installation work, we shared our concerns with Prestons. They introduced us to Charlie, as our Project Manager. He listened and did everything he could to manage the project in the best way possible. He arranged to bring forward some of the work so that our kitchen could be finished swiftly. He came to visit us on site to introduce himself & during the process to make sure everything was being completed to a high standard. He coordinated the team very well & provided excellent customer service.

The electrician (Nick), the plumber (Ricky), Gas fitter (Luke), Johnny, and the kitchen fitters (Matt and Michael) were meticulous, professional and ensured they were punctual and their work was to a high standard. 

We would like to say a big thank you to all involved in completing our kitchen fit - we are very pleased with the final result. 

Excellent service and experience with Preston’s kitchens. From first meeting with Luke who amazed us with his design ideas and really utilised the space we had. No other company came close and Luke gave us amazing storage solutions without overpowering the space with unnecessary cupboards. He worked with our growing family and took time to listen to our needs, constantly changing the design to suit. Stunning options for cupboard doors and we get so many compliments about them.
Luke checked in regularly as we progressed with our build and making tweaks as we went along. Preston’s supplied us with very detailed installation guides and Luke talked us through it all to ensure we could install ourselves.
The after sales team were so helpful, especially when we had some delays in the build and a new baby. They took a lot of stress off us and accommodated our kitchen being in storage a little longer than planned. Communication was excellent, phone calls and emails always followed up quickly and solutions found, ensuring our kitchen was fully functional for our space. Really wonderful company, we chose to travel further to Preston’s kitchens as from that very first meeting the service was outstanding and nothing local compared. We would highly recommend them to anyone and we are so pleased with all the design features which make it perfect for our family.

We thought a German Kitchen was completely out of our price range but actually it was by far the cheapest quote we got! We had bought our firsy home and knew we wanted to replace the kitchen as this would be one of the rooms we would use the most. However, after moving costs etc we didn't have a huge budget.

From the very start Mark and Luke listened to us about what we wanted and what our budget was. Unlike other companies, Prestons stuck with our budget and designed up. Luke, our designer, gave us multiple different designs some traditional and some way out there with things we never would have considered. Nothing was too much hassle or effort and Luke spent time listening to us and combining designs until we got one we liked and was in our budget.

Communication throughout was excellent. The fitters were friendly, efficient and tidy. We had a few snags as is inevitable when work like this is carried out. Both the fitters and Ollie continued to support until everything was sorted. Often going above and beyond to ensure problems were resolved and we were happy.

The same can be said for the after care team who quickly responded to queries we have made following installation.

We have been so impressed with everything from start to finish. We would highly recommend. Prestons really do deliver quality German kitchens at affordable prices!

Stunning and quality kitchens. You’re always made to feel welcome in stores and it’s a lovely touch that staff offer coffees and teas while you browse.
We had exceptional service from Aron at the Wakefield branch. His product knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made the entire experience feel smooth and easy. Aron listened to what we wanted in our design and offered quality advice. A truly helpful and friendly staff member who represents the company incredibly well.

Prestons Kitchens is a bit different from other kitchen suppliers. It is a relatively small UK company supplying kitchens from a huge German manufacturer. We liked the quality and style of the kitchens in the Leeds showroom so thought we would try a design from them. Mark the designer came up with several alternative plans and a competitive price so we decided to pay a depost and go ahead. We then had a few meetings with him to hone the design and details. There was no rush and he came up with lots of ideas we hadn't had from other companies. A fitting date was arranged which we needed to change. Not a problem. The phone was always answered by someone who knew who we were and could sort things out. Gary the fitter was so careful and took two days to make a beautiful job. The worktops were fitted by Al Murad just over a week after. It was good to be able to visit them and choose a pattern after seeing big slabs. Charlie took care of organising dates and kept us informed all the way through. I definitely recommend Prestons. They are small enough to work as a team and give a personal touch. The kitchen design and installation is really good, probably helped by the regular training Prestons team get at the German factory. Everything fits together perfectly and our kitchen looks just as good as the showroom ones.

Fabulous experience with Preston’s kitchens. Kitchen designer Mark was very understanding and helpful creating exactly what we wanted. Kitchen was delivered carefully and efficiently, the fitters were exceptional installing all the units and appliances. The finished kitchen looks stunning and appears to be very good quality.

Prestons Kitchens are an excellent company to deal with from the first meeting to design the kitchen of your dreams to their after sales service even 3 years after fit a problem occurred and Prestons dealt with the Company providing work top to get the exchange sorted and sending their electrician as well. We’ve had the pleasure of working with the wonderful team at Preston’s for our dream kitchen, and we honestly couldn’t be happier.

From the very beginning, the experience felt so much more personal than the larger kitchen companies. They have that lovely boutique feel while offering the same high-quality Nobilia kitchens. Every single person we dealt with was approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help. You never felt like just another customer.

We actually first came to the showroom to look at sliding doors from Express Bifolds, but we were completely taken aback by Preston’s beautiful kitchen displays. After chatting to the team, we were sold. Their passion, friendliness and attention to detail really stood out.

The whole process, from the initial design right through to the aftercare, has been faultless. We had a couple of very minor alignment issues after installation, and Charlie from the aftercare team was brilliant. He arranged everything promptly, kept us updated throughout, and made sure everything was put right. It made such a difference knowing someone was on top of it.

We also asked our designer Matt countless questions along the way (including the best way to clean and look after the cabinets!), and he was always happy to help and quick to respond. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

We’re genuinely so happy with our kitchen and the service we received. We’ve already recommended Preston’s to so many friends and family, and if we ever moved house and needed another kitchen, we wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else.

The quality of the kitchen is superior to other kitchens on the market.

We were unfortunately unable to proceed with our kitchen due to other expensive remedial works (no fault of Prestons). However, the service we received from the team was ace, particularly from our kitchen designer Aron. Aron was extremely helpful and friendly, he took the time to design 3 fabulous concepts for us to go through during our appointment. He'd taken into account our numerous requirements/preferences and we were blown over by the perfect design. Prestons went out of their way to make us feel comfortable on site (seating/beverages etc), we were there for 3 hours! It was overall a very pleasant experience and we're sad to not be continuing the process with Aron.

I really didn't think I could afford a German kitchen but after having a chat then a design consultation I was shocked at how they came up with the kitchen I wanted within my budget. I ordered immediately. They have been great at keeping in touch with me and delivering on all their promises. Highly recommended

This is the first time we have used Prestons after a number of family and friends recommending them and we couldn't be happier! From our first visit to the showroom in Huddersfield Luke made us feel welcome and dedicated as much time as we needed to go through design ideas and options. He stayed late to accommodate our working schedules and kept us informed throughout the design process.

Once we had agreed a design and we were handed on to the aftercare team Charlie was exceptional! He project managed everything for us. Visiting us regularly throughout the install to make sure we were happy with progress and the quality of work. Again, nothing was ever too much trouble. He ensured a stress free install and now we have a beautiful kitchen which I have no doubt will last us many years.

The quality of the kitchen units is stunning and all the appliances provided are very good quality. Massive thankyou to the team and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Recommend to anyone, absolutely faultless. From the moment we walked in, they were very knowledgeable and helpful all the way through. And the quality of the kitchen product feels premium/luxury too. Shout out to the teams at Stockport and Huddersfield, they took the time to understand what we wanted from a kitchen to guide us nd give us confidence through the design stage.

We ordered our kitchen from Prestons earlier this year and the experience has been first class the whole journey. The order was handled efficiently and communication on delivery and installation timescales was first class.
Our installation took about 2 weeks and was very well coordinated by Bryce our designated project manager. All tradesmen used on the install - the electrician, the plumber, the plasterer and Luke the fitter were great. Considerate in their work and first rate at their designated skills/tasks.
Thank you for everything - we are very pleased with the final product and installation.
